• Contract Act, 1872 (Pakistan)
• Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002
• Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016

3. Scope of Services

Crexed provides professional digital and software services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile Application Development
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping
• SaaS Product Development
• API & Backend Development
• Software Maintenance & Support
• Technical Consulting & Digital Solutions

The exact scope, timelines, and deliverables of any service shall be defined in written proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), contracts or email agreements.

Crexed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

4. User & Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and lawful information
• Ensure ownership or legal rights over all content, data, and materials you provide
• Use our services strictly for lawful purposes
• Avoid any activity that may damage, disrupt, or compromise our systems

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use our services for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to Crexed, including but not limited to:

• Website content
• Software code
• UI/UX designs
• Logos, trademarks, branding
• Documentation and marketing material

is the exclusive property of Crexed, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Client Deliverables & Ownership Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment
• Crexed retains rights to reusable components, libraries, frameworks, and know-how
• Crexed may display completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing material, unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement
• Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner

7. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

Pricing: All pricing is agreed in advance via proposal or invoice

Payments: Payments must be made according to agreed milestones or timelines. Late payments may result in project suspension.

Refund Policy:

• Payments for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable
• Refunds, if any, are at Crexed's sole discretion and must be requested in writing

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Crexed agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of:

• Client business information
• Source code
• Credentials
• Proprietary data

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except:

• With client's written consent
• When legally required by Pakistani authorities
• To trusted partners under confidentiality obligations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law:

• Crexed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as:

• Hosting providers
• Cloud services
• Payment gateways
• Analytics tools

Crexed is not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes of third-party services.

11. Termination of Services

Crexed may suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Services are misused or abused

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.
